1. Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Tools, Online Courses)

  • All digital products purchased on pareeneeti.ai are delivered instantly via:
    • Email confirmation with a download/access link, or
    • Access through a secure login portal.
  • In rare cases of technical delay, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
  • If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us at pareeneeti.ai@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Online Courses & Membership Access

  • Access credentials (username, password, or login link) will be provided immediately upon successful payment.
  • Course materials remain accessible as per the duration mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Sharing of login details with third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. 1:1 Consulting Sessions

  • Consulting sessions are delivered online via video conferencing platforms (Zoom/Google Meet/others).
  • Once payment is confirmed, clients will receive a confirmation email with available time slots.
  • A booking link or manual scheduling will be provided to finalize the session timing.
  • Reminders will be sent before the scheduled session.

4. Service Delivery (CRM, Sales Funnels, Marketing Projects)

  • Service timelines will be communicated based on the project scope.
  • Delivery of CRM setups, funnel builds, or marketing campaigns will depend on client cooperation (providing necessary data, content, approvals).
  • Delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines but will not qualify for refunds.

5. No Physical Shipping

  • We do not deliver any physical products.
  • All offerings are digital in nature and delivered online.
